REFUND POLICY
bowenshoes.com retains the right to decline returns of items sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition differing from their state at shipment.
If you plan to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—you may ship them together in a single box. A key requirement: all return forms must be included. Without these forms, your refund cannot be processed accurately.
Only returns of original products in their original packaging, with no damage, will be accepted.
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, you’ll get a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you originally used. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address associated with your order. Note that credit card refunds are always subject to the policies of your card issuer, and in some cases, returns and refunds may take longer than usual.
